Job Description The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching RN/RPN courses, planning and delivering quality instruction based on approved curricula, and engaging students through holistic and career‑oriented teaching methods. This includes curriculum development, assignment administration, and student evaluation to ensure effective progression.

Responsibilities

Teach courses within the NACC Personal Support Worker program.

Develop course content, curriculum, and teaching materials.

Engage and supervise students, ensuring academic success and professional development.

Participate actively in departmental duties, professional development opportunities, and college events.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a related field.

At least 3 years of professional nursing experience, with a strong preference for candidates with industry connections.

Minimum of 1 year’s experience in teaching at a post‑secondary level, with demonstrated success in curriculum development and student engagement.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to convey complex knowledge to a diverse student body.
