Experienced Registered Nurse in Long Term Care

Enhance patient care as an Experienced Registered Nurse at a long-term care center. This role involves monitoring health, coordinating care, and delivering education while working flexible hours. We are seeking a Registered Nurse with a Bachelor’s degree and over five years of experience. You will work in a nursing home environment, assess patient needs, and collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal care. This position requires proficiency in nursing interventions, communication, and delivering health programs. Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor patients and report changes to physicians
• Document symptoms and changes in patient conditions
• Assess patients and plan appropriate nursing interventions
• Supervise nursing staff and provide care
• Deliver educational and immunization programs Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing
• 5+ years of nursing experience
• Valid RN licensure
• BCLS certification required
