Your role is essential in ensuring compliance with Long-Term Care legislation and improving care practices. You'll be responsible for supporting newly hired PSW team members, leading meetings, and managing performance-related matters.

Key Responsibilities: • Provide clinical leadership as a Registered Practical Nurse • Communicate goals to achieve the best resident outcomes • Oversee clinical programs and ensure compliance with standards • Advocate for Resident Rights and assist in care planning • Maintain accurate documentation of resident conditions

Requirements: • Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario • Experience in geriatric nursing within Long-Term Care • Knowledge of LTC legislation and Health and Safety • Strong communication and organizational skills • Computer proficiency including PointClickCare
