Building relationships with residents and families will be key to fostering engagement and satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the resident care team and promote a positive culture
• Ensure staff receive necessary training for effectiveness
• Manage budgets and staffing levels in the department
• Monitor compliance with healthcare regulations
• Oversee assessments and planning for resident care Requirements:
• Bachelor's in Nursing; Master's preferred
• Unrestricted Registered Nurse license required
• Minimum 5 years nursing experience
• At least 2 years in leadership in long-term care
