Elevate healthcare partnerships in North York as a full-time Healthcare Partnerships Associate with Layla. Foster relationships with Primary Care Practitioners while promoting mental health services through outreach efforts. In this critical role, you'll spearhead initiatives that enhance Layla's visibility and community engagement. You'll organize clinic visits and outreach events aimed at increasing awareness of our mental health services. Your ability to cultivate relationships with PCPs will play a vital role in driving the mission forward across the healthcare sector. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and nurture relationships with PCPs in assigned regions
• Organize clinic visits and educational outreach events
• Conduct presentations to introduce Layla's services
• Collaborate with team members on strategic initiatives
• Attend and represent Layla at industry events

Requirements:

• 4+ years in business development or a relevant field
• Proven ability to communicate effectively and engage audiences
• Understanding of mental health issues and techniques
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks
• Valid Ontario driver’s license and vehicle access
