Health Facility Patient Care Director

Become a Health Facility Patient Care Director at St. Boniface Hospital, ensuring safe clinical services and operational leadership in your area. Engage directly in patient care management. In this dynamic role, you will manage operations and clinical services in your local region. Requires 3-5 years of leadership experience in a healthcare setting. You’ll facilitate communication amongst staff, manage effective patient transfers, and model compassionate care. This role includes both onsite and hybrid responsibilities. Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain strong communication among healthcare teams
• Reassign staff to ensure patient care needs are met
• Promote interdisciplinary relationships for care quality
• Facilitate patient transfers based on needs
• Manage emergency situations and staff availability Requirements:
• 3-5 years leadership experience in patient care
• Accredited degree in health discipline
• Active regulatory body registration
• Demonstrable leadership abilities
• Valid Manitoba driver’s license for travel Support high-quality patient care and facilitate effective healthcare operations at St. Boniface Hospital.
