Key Responsibilities Deliver clinical and drug distribution services to optimize patient health
Partner with patients and families for effective therapy management
Conduct medication reviews and adverse event reporting
Validate orders using Oracle Cerner in a CPOE system
Act as a clinical preceptor to pharmacy students
Requirements Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy required; Pharm D preferred
Current Ontario College of Pharmacists registration
Hospital pharmacy experience preferred
Demonstrated conflict resolution skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and pharmacy information systems
