• Deploy and support site technology across new and existing facilities
• Implement configurations for telephony and security systems
• Provide Level 2/3 troubleshooting support
• Communicate effectively with vendors and stakeholders
• Coordinate routine maintenance and system updates

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in site technology or IT support
• Hands-on experience with VoIP technologies
• Strong problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent communication with technical teams
