Full-time and part-time opportunities are available, requiring a consistent schedule to effectively support our clients. Your role will involve performing assessments, administering medications, and collaborating with care teams to enhance our clients' quality of life. Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver and document comprehensive client assessments and care
• Administer medications and monitor client health status
• Assist clients with mobility and therapeutic exercises
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date care records
• Collaborate with community support services as needed Requirements:
• Current CNO registration and relevant nursing certifications
• Experience in community settings; gerontology skills preferred
• Strong English communication abilities
• Valid driver’s license; reliable transport for client visits
• Proven initiative and adaptability in care settings Utilize your nursing expertise at The Care Company to empower seniors in their homes.
