Full Time ICU Registered Nurse at Lakeridge Health

Join Lakeridge Health as a Full-Time Registered Nurse in the Intensive Care Unit. This role focuses on critical care nursing with a strong emphasis on mentorship and professional development. Lakeridge Health is seeking Canadian and internationally educated nurses for its ICU Nursing Graduate Guarantee program. The position calls for nurses who recently graduated and have not worked in Ontario for the past six months. Successful candidates will receive strong mentorship and support as they transition into critical care nursing. Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver high-quality nursing care in the ICU
• Participate in mentorship and training with experienced ICU staff
• Commit to full-time employment post-transition period
• Maintain safety and quality standards for patients
• Demonstrate effective communication and conflict management skills Requirements:
• Registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Completed Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN)
• Current BCLS; ACLS preferred
• Commitment to Critical Care Nursing Certificate
