Nous recherchons un(e) réceptionniste pour le siège social de Browns. En tant que premier point de contact pour les visiteurs et les appelants, cette personne joue un rôle clé dans la création d’une expérience positive et professionnelle, tout en représentant notre entreprise et notre marque.
Le candidat idéal est chaleureux, accessible, travailleur et très professionnel, doté d’une attitude positive et d’une passion pour offrir un service exceptionnel. Nous recherchons une personne qui sera fière de représenter Browns et de contribuer à créer un environnement accueillant pour toutes les personnes qui interagissent avec notre organisation.
Il s’agit d’un poste à temps plein, sur site , basé à notre siège social de Saint-Laurent, Québec, nécessitant une présence au bureau cinq jours par semaine, de 8 h à 17 h .

Responsabilités principales :
Répondre aux appels téléphoniques entrants, les filtrer et les acheminer aux personnes appropriées de manière professionnelle et courtoise
Accueillir les visiteurs à leur arrivée et les diriger vers les bonnes ressources ou personnes
Aviser les employés de l’arrivée de leurs visiteurs et assurer la coordination des invités au besoin
Maintenir un espace d’accueil sécuritaire, propre et bien organisé, conformément aux politiques et procédures de l’entreprise
Coordonner et gérer les réservations ainsi que l’horaire des salles de réunion
Assurer le suivi de l’inventaire des fournitures de bureau, effectuer les commandes nécessaires et distribuer le matériel aux employés au besoin
Trier et distribuer le courrier entrant ainsi que la correspondance interne
Coordonner les envois postaux quotidiens
Gérer l’expédition et la réception des colis par l’entremise de différents services de messagerie, notamment FedEx, DHL et Globex
Offrir un service à la clientèle exceptionnel aux visiteurs, aux employés et aux partenaires externes
Fournir un soutien administratif général et participer aux opérations quotidiennes du bureau au besoin
Compétences et expérience requises :
Au moins 2 ans d’expérience dans un rôle de réceptionniste, administratif ou en contact direct avec la clientèle
Personnalité chaleureuse et attitude professionnelle
Fortes aptitudes en service à la clientèle
Excellentes habiletés en communication verbale et excellente étiquette téléphonique
Solides compétences en organisation et en gestion de plusieurs tâches simultanément
Excellentes aptitudes en gestion du temps
Excellentes capacités de résolution de problèmes
Maîtrise de Microsoft Outlook et de la suite Microsoft Office, incluant Microsoft Excel
Capacité à établir les priorités et à gérer plusieurs responsabilités dans un environnement dynamique et en constante évolution
Diplôme d’études collégiales (DEC) ou diplôme universitaire

About the Role:
We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to support Browns’ Head Office. As the first point of contact for visitors and callers, this individual plays a key role in creating a positive and professional experience while representing our company and brand.
The ideal candidate is warm, approachable, hardworking, and highly professional, with a positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional service. We are looking for someone who will take pride in representing Browns and helping create a welcoming environment for everyone who interacts with our organization.
This is a full-time, on-site role located at our Head Office in Saint-Laurent, Quebec, requiring an in-office presence five days per week from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m .

Key Responsibilities:
Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
Greet, welcome, and direct visitors appropriately upon arrival
Notify employees of visitor arrivals and assist with guest coordination
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized reception area in accordance with company policies and procedures
Coordinate and manage boardroom reservations and scheduling
Maintain office supply inventory, place orders, and distribute supplies to employees as needed
Sort and distribute incoming mail and internal correspondence
Coordinate daily outgoing mail drop-offs
Manage the shipping and receiving of packages through various courier services, including FedEx, DHL, and Globex
Provide exceptional customer service to visitors, employees, and external partners
Support general administrative and office operations as required
Required Skills & Experience:
Minimum 2 years of previous experience as a receptionist, administrative, or customer facing role
Personable and professional demeanor
Strong customer service orientation
Excellent verbal communication and telephone etiquette
Strong multitasking and organizational skills
Excellent time management skills
Strong problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office applications, including Microsoft Excel
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
CEGEP diploma or university degree
