We are actively seeking a Part-Time Receptionist to join a world-renowned leader in the technology and engineering sector, located at their modern campus in Ville Saint-Laurent.

You will join a major international corporate environment that is structured, stimulating, and welcoming. The campus is state-of-the-art and fosters innovation and collaboration. You will work as part of a team to provide consistent support at the main reception desk.

Advantages
Schedule: 2 to 3 days per week (ideally Tuesday to Thursday).

Hours: 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM (perfect for balancing work with studies or personal projects!).

Duration: Summer mandate with a strong possibility of extension or permanence in the fall.

Salary: $21.50 / hour.

Location: Ville Saint-Laurent (Beautiful, dynamic, and easily accessible campus).

Responsibilities
Warmly greet clients, suppliers, and visitors.

Handle incoming calls and redirect them to the appropriate departments.

Provide light administrative support to assist the team during key hours.

Qualifications
Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar reception or customer service role.

Bilingualism: Fluent in both English and French (essential, as you will be the first point of contact for both local and international clients). (bilingual for communication with colleagues and clients based outside of canada)

Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, a professional attitude, and a warm smile.

Assets: Reliable, punctual, and highly organized.
