Receptionist H/F in corporate environment - Part-time

The Sacrée Soirée Group is offering a position as a Receptionist in a corporate environment , in a company in the financial sector.

Start Date : Monday, August 3, 2026

Location : downtown Montreal, near Bonaventure Metro (orange line)

Job Type : part-time (20 hours/week)

Work Schedule : Monday to Friday, from 1 PM to 5 PM

Compensation : to be defined according to experience (starting at $21/hour)

Tasks and Responsibilities:

Welcoming visitors :

• Consult the calendar to anticipate daily arrivals,

• Register unlisted visitors,

• Direct them to the cloakroom and offer a beverage (coffee, tea, water…),

• Manage Wi-Fi access,

• Ensure the reception area is clean.

Management of emails and calls :

• Receive emails regarding meetings and participants - carry out necessary follow-ups and registrations,

• Management and sending of Visitor Forms ,

• Respond to various requests in English or French.

Control of meeting room reservations :

• Use the necessary IT tools for this purpose: Teams, Calendar, etc., and perform necessary backups.

The receptionist will cover afternoon shifts to ensure continuity with the morning employee during their lunch break and end of the day. This position therefore includes times working in pairs, as well as times working independently.

Desired Profile:

• Hold a valid open work permit - mandatory

• Fluent in French and English (oral and written) - mandatory

• Proficient with IT tools (Office Suite, Outlook…) - mandatory

• Willing to undergo a background check - mandatory

• Experience in a similar role - asset

• Professional presentation, discretion

• Attention to follow-ups and established procedures

• Comfortable communicating (in person and by phone)

• Sense of hospitality and service

• Ability to work in pairs and independently
