Receptionist NIght Shift

Job Responsibility:

Job Summary We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing front desk operations. This role is crucial in maintaining a welcoming environment and ensuring smooth communication within the office.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
• Answer and manage incoming phone calls using phone systems, directing calls as necessary.
• Perform data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of information.
• Maintain organized filing systems for patient records and other documents.
• Assist with clerical duties, including proofreading documents and managing correspondence.
• Utilize Google Suite for various administrative tasks, including document creation and spreadsheet management.

Experience

• Proficiency in using phone systems and basic office equipment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. FRENCH AND ENGLISH
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
