• Having fun at work

• Closing cash registers, systems, and audits.

• Managing guest requests

• Ensuring the cleanliness of the lobby, public areas, and workspace

• Following established procedures in case of emergency.

• Handling check-ins and check-outs

• Making room reservations

• Answering phone calls and emails and performing other administrative tasks

• Accepting payments by credit card, debit, cash...

• Any other related tasks
