Our client, located in East Montreal (Saint-Léonard), is currently looking for a temporary bilingual receptionist for the period from August 5 to 20, inclusive.

The selected candidate will be responsible for receptionist duties such as:

Answering telephone calls
Greeting visitors at the front desk
Ensuring meeting rooms are clean and ready
Managing incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Performing basic administrative tasks

Language requirement: Bilingualism (French and English, spoken and written) is required for this position, as the incumbent will be required to communicate on a daily basis with suppliers, partners, and clients located outside of Quebec.
