Role of the PositionUnder the supervision of the Director of Customer Service , the Night Auditor is responsible for:
Welcoming guests during the night
Customer service
Front desk operations
Administrative closing
Preparing reports from the previous day
The Night Auditor is responsible for:
Providing excellent service to our clients
Effectively and professionally handling arrivals and departures
Knowing the city and its attractions to assist clients
Managing complaints positively and professionally
Maintaining a high level of customer service
Maintaining a control of daily reports
Following established procedures and policies of the hotel
Reconciling cash drawers and credit cards
Performing various tasks and projects daily
Managing reservation calls , external and internal calls
Creating reservations received by fax, various websites, and by phone
Being fluent in both languages (French/English) both spoken and written
Possessing strong analytical and accounting skills
Having a good approach with clients
Professional attitude and demonstrating leadership
Having experience in a similar position (night auditor, night receptionist, or similar hospitality sector)
