Our brand-new clinic of surgical excellence, located in the heart of Saint-Michel in Montreal, is opening its doors and seeking a temporary receptionist for a minimum duration of one month.

Work location: Montreal, Saint-Michel district (close to transport).

Neighborhood: Join a dynamic team in the Saint-Michel sector.

Schedule: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week.

Salary: Between $25 and $30 per hour (depending on experience).

Responsibilities
Greeting patients in person and over the phone.

Appointment scheduling and waiting room management.

Basic administrative support.

Transcription and preparation of surgery files.

Liaison with pharmacies and hospitals.

Confidential management of results and reports.

Qualifications
Mandatory proficiency in Omnimed software (no candidates will be considered without this skill).

Excellent customer service skills and empathy.

Bilingualism (French/English) is a major asset.

Ability to work in a startup environment (new structure).
