Bilingual Receptionist – Manufacturing Sector (Anjou)
Are you an experienced administrative professional with a background in the industrial or manufacturing sector? A leading Canadian manufacturer of aluminum balcony products (railings, stringers, stairs, columns) is looking for a Bilingual Receptionist to join their team in East Montreal. AdvantagesSalary: $ 21 to $ 22 per hour (based on experience). Schedule: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours/week (standard office hours). Location: Anjou (East Montreal) – Free on-site parking. Status: Indefinite temporary contract Environment: Fast-paced, professional manufacturing setting. Responsibilities
As the face and voice of the company, you will manage essential administrative flows: Call Management: Professionally handle and direct incoming calls in both French and English. Logistics Support: Track order deliveries and provide accurate status updates to clients. Order Processing: Perform data entry and process orders within the computer system. Production Monitoring: Manage and follow up on orders currently in the production phase to ensure seamless coordination.
Qualifications
Strictly Bilingual: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English.
