Elevate your payroll expertise as a Payroll Specialist at Global Relay, focusing on UK payroll processing. Oversee day-to-day operations while ensuring compliance and accuracy. In this vital role, you will report to the Payroll Supervisor and manage full cycle payroll for over 700 UK employees. Your experience in high volume UK payroll will enable you to maintain financial administration and reconcile global employee benefits. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and an eye for detail to drive continuous process improvements. Key Responsibilities:
• Process full cycle payroll for 700+ UK employees
• Validate payroll inputs with Human Resources and internal teams
• Lead year-end reporting activities and compliance initiatives
• Manage pension contributions and benefit reconciliations
• Serve as primary contact for payroll inquiries Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of UK payroll processing experience
• Strong understanding of UK payroll legislation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Relevant diploma or payroll certification preferred Be part of a company dedicated to excellence in payroll management and employee benefits.
