This remote role focuses on managing Quebec payroll operations for a large workforce while ensuring compliance with provincial laws. This position suits a candidate with over three years of experience in payroll, particularly in Quebec. You will handle full-cycle payroll processing, support HR and Finance teams, and ensure compliance with evolving legislation. Your expertise in Desjardins Payroll and organizational skills will be essential to succeed in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage full-cycle payroll for Ontario and Quebec employees
• Process payroll accurately within Desjardins Payroll & HR Solutions
• Ensure compliance with all Quebec payroll legislation
• Administer changes for new hires, terminations, and leaves
• Maintain accurate payroll records and support audits Requirements:
• Bilingual in English and French
• 3+ years payroll experience with Quebec expertise
• Experience in multi-site or healthcare payroll
• Strong understanding of provincial compliance requirements
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail Make an impact in payroll management while working with a dedicated healthcare team across Canada.
