Elevate your payroll expertise with HearingLife Canada as a Payroll Coordinator, managing payroll processes in a hybrid work model. Ensure accuracy and compliance while collaborating closely with HR teams. In this key role, you will perform full-cycle payroll activities, including processing and year-end reporting for employees across Canada. Your responsibilities will encompass data entry, payroll discrepancies resolution, and maintaining compliance with ESA and CRA regulations. You will also identify process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency, supporting a streamlined operation. Key Responsibilities:
• Process bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salary employees
• Calculate termination and on leave payments accurately
• Audit time and attendance management for hourly staff
• Prepare year-end tax slips and government filings
• Liaise with HR and Finance on payroll matters Requirements:
• 3+ years full-cycle payroll processing experience
• Post-secondary degree or certification in Payroll/Accounting
• Knowledge of ADP WFN preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication abilities Utilize your payroll knowledge and attention to detail to ensure compliance and accuracy at HearingLife Canada.
