PFX Full-Cycle Payroll Administrator

Ensure payroll precision with PFX as a Payroll Administrator focusing on full-cycle processing for Canadian and U.S. locations. Your attention to detail will maintain compliance and operational efficiency. In this key role, you will support the Payroll Manager in managing timecards, payroll inquiries, and employee records. With your strong understanding of payroll laws, you'll guarantee seamless operations while generating essential reports for the Accounting division. Collaboration will be vital as you work to resolve any discrepancies that may arise. Key Responsibilities:
• Process full-cycle payroll for both Canadian and U.S. locations
• Oversee employee timecards and verify payroll compliance
• Ensure adherence to payroll laws and regulations
• Collaborate to effectively resolve payroll discrepancies
• Produce detailed reports for the Accounting department Requirements:
• 5 years of payroll experience in diverse environments
• Proficiency in Ceridian Dayforce software
• PCP designation is a plus
• Bilingual in English and French
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel Support PFX’s payroll function with your expertise and dedication to accuracy.
