Enhance employee support as a Payroll and Benefits Specialist with ASSA ABLOY in Vaughan, Ontario. This role involves processing payroll, managing benefits, and improving HR functions. In this critical position, you will work closely with the Senior Human Resources Manager to ensure accurate payroll processing for multiple groups. Your experience in payroll systems and strong communication skills will be essential in addressing employee inquiries and enhancing payroll operations. Key Responsibilities:
• Compile payroll documentation for payroll cycles twice a month
• Process payroll corrections and special adjustment requests
• Administer pension and TFSA benefit plans
• Distribute T2200 forms on an annual basis
• Document procedures to ensure compliance with policies Requirements:
• Minimum of 3+ years of payroll administration experience
• Relevant diploma or certification preferred
• Certified Payroll Practitioner designation is a plus
• Familiarity with HRIS and Microsoft Excel
• Strong orientation towards customer service Utilize your payroll expertise and customer service skills at ASSA ABLOY to streamline HR processes effectively.
