Responsibilities
- Architect and implement a global payroll and HRIS strategy
- Oversee end-to-end global payroll execution with full accuracy
- Manage integration and optimization of HR technology systems
- Identify and rectify process bottlenecks and data errors
- Ensure compliance with global regulations and audit requirements
Qualifications
- 12+ years in global payroll/tax with leadership experience
- 7+ years managing HRIS implementations and upgrades
- Direct experience with ADP Globalview essential
- Advanced Excel proficiency for data analysis
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or HR required
