Payroll and Benefits Administrator Role

Elevate employee satisfaction as a Payroll and Benefits Administrator with a leading construction firm. This role requires expertise in payroll processing and benefits management to foster a positive work environment. We are searching for a qualified candidate with two years of full-cycle payroll experience to join our team. Your primary focus will be on ensuring accurate payroll processes, maintaining detailed records, and addressing employee inquiries regarding payroll. A strong understanding of payroll regulations and benefits administration is vital for your success in this position. Key Responsibilities:
• Process payroll for new hires and status changes
• Maintain precise payroll records and prepare pay statements
• Address payroll inquiries from staff thoroughly
• Manage benefits programs and verify deductions
• Prepare T4 forms and issue Records of Employment Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years in full-cycle payroll processing
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
• Familiarity with payroll regulations and compliance
• Experience with construction or unionized payroll preferred
• PCP certification is an asset Enhance employee experiences through exceptional payroll and benefits administration in the construction industry.
