Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll Specialist

Elevate payroll compliance as an Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll Specialist. This contract role demands expertise in US Payroll systems and configuration for effective payroll management. We seek a candidate with over five years of relevant experience in Oracle Fusion HCM, focusing on US Payroll. Your primary responsibility is to support payroll processes and configure tax requirements, facilitating collaboration with various stakeholders. Expect to manage reporting, user acceptance testing, and documentation to enhance payroll operations. Key Responsibilities:
• Support US payroll processing activities from start to finish
• Configure taxation requirements for payroll execution
• Design and maintain payroll elements and classifications
• Create payroll reports using OTBI and BI Publisher
• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing and documentation Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Extensive experience configuring Oracle Fusion Payroll
• Hands-on skills in payroll reporting and data migration
• Deep knowledge of US payroll legislation and compliance
