HCM Manager - Workday Expert Role

We are looking for a seasoned HCM Manager with 4-7 years of hands-on Workday experience. In this position, you will support the Workday Systems team and lead configurations, troubleshooting, and enhancements across various modules including Core HCM, Security & Benefits. Your collaborative role will involve partnering with functional teams to analyze business requirements and implement process improvements to drive operational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities: • Support day-to-day Workday configurations and troubleshooting • Create enhancements that impact the entire organization • Lead testing activities including user acceptance and regression testing • Collaborate with teams to streamline business processes • Maintain the security framework and develop new roles
