Cloud5 seeks a dedicated Senior Recruiter to enhance our Talent Acquisition team. This remote position focuses on full-cycle recruitment for high-volume contact center roles, emphasizing operational excellence. As a Senior Recruiter, you will lead recruitment processes and collaborate with hiring managers on workforce needs and talent strategies. You will develop effective sourcing tactics, ensure a positive candidate experience, and optimize recruitment metrics. This role requires strong leadership, mentoring capabilities, and an ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead full-cycle recruitment for high-volume contact center positions
• Collaborate with hiring managers on strategy and workforce needs
• Create and execute sourcing strategies across various channels
• Enhance candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey
• Analyze metrics to identify and implement improvements Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of recruiting in high-volume settings
• Proven success in managing multiple requisitions
• Experience with applicant tracking systems
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
