Senior Manager, Patient Recruitment Operations

Key Responsibilities: • Manage recruitment campaigns from inception to completion • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners • Conduct research to optimize recruitment strategies • Oversee vendor relationships and onboarding processes • Ensure recruitment materials align with quality standards

Requirements: • 3–5+ years in project management or related fields • College degree in any discipline • Proficiency with Excel and/or Smartsheet • Experience managing vendor and partner relationships • Strong organizational and communication skills
