Onboarding Enablement Specialist in Canada

Join a partner company as an Onboarding Enablement Specialist focused on new revenue team members in Canada. Shape successful onboarding programs to ensure high performance from day one. This high-impact role involves designing and improving structured onboarding across various sales roles. You will ensure all new hires have the necessary tools and knowledge to excel. The position requires collaboration with Revenue leadership and People teams, focusing on program ownership and delivery in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities:
• Design and improve onboarding programs for SDRs, AEs, and Field Sales
• Facilitate sessions and manage LMS content and learning resources
• Build systems to track onboarding progress and performance metrics
• Develop coaching frameworks to assist managers with new hires
• Expand AI role-play content and collaborate with subject matter experts Requirements:
• 2+ years in Sales Enablement or related field
• Proven experience in onboarding program design
• Strong project management and LMS experience
• Data-driven mindset with analytical skills
• Attention to detail and organizational capabilities Elevate your career in enablement by maximizing onboarding success for revenue teams.
