Onboarding Experience Consultant at Scotiabank

Enhance the onboarding journey as a Global Onboarding Experience Consultant at Scotiabank. Drive improvements in client relationships and streamline HR processes for an impactful onboarding experience. In this critical role, you will champion a customer-centric culture by supporting project objectives and improving operational effectiveness. Your expertise will aid in monitoring ticket triage and contribute to maintaining integrity across HR systems. Additionally, you will coordinate orientation sessions and gather feedback to foster continuous enhancement of the onboarding process. Key Responsibilities:
- Champion a customer-focused culture in onboarding initiatives
- Monitor and triage tickets using Case Management System
- Liaise with program leads on template integrity
- Coordinate scheduling for orientation sessions
- Drive auditing initiatives for HR data accuracy
- Experience in resolving customer service requests
- Knowledge of HRIS systems and employee data management
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Solid relationship management abilities
- Bilingualism in French is an asset
