- Oversee multi-year capability roadmap and project direction
- Build and maintain relationships with retail and payment stakeholders
- Negotiate priorities for effective product launches
- Partner with Engineering, Design, and Analytics teams
- Foster a cohesive product management team
- 8+ years' experience in digital product management
- Deep understanding of payments modernization
- Proven experience with digital payment journeys
- Focus on product vision driven by customer needs
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills
