Lead Product Designer, Growth (Upper Funnel)

Jobgether

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Lead Product Designer, Growth (Upper Funnel) based in Canada.

This role sits at the intersection of product design, growth strategy, and user psychology, focusing on how users first experience value and decide to continue their journey within a complex SaaS platform. You will shape discovery, activation, onboarding, pricing, and upgrade experiences that directly influence conversion, retention, and long‑term trust. The work spans end‑to‑end funnel ownership, from early experimentation and hypothesis design to high‑fidelity execution and system‑level design thinking. You will partner closely with product, data science, and engineering teams to translate behavioral insights into intuitive, high‑impact user flows. This is a highly strategic yet hands‑on role where craft, experimentation, and systems thinking all matter equally. You will also help define what strong growth design looks like across the organization.
