Last Mile Delivery Experience Supervisor Mississauga

Key Responsibilities Perform random route audits to ensure compliance
Develop and update delivery training resources
Monitor performance data and customer feedback
Assist in recruiting and onboarding delivery staff
Manage recycling and waste responsibilities
Requirements Minimum 3 years in home delivery
Clean driver abstract—5 years minimum
Sound knowledge of safety regulations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Transportation industry experience is preferred
