Bilingual Technical Support Specialist

Enhance customer satisfaction as a Bilingual Technical Support Specialist at Jacuzzi Group. Utilize your expertise to assist customers and dealers with spa product inquiries and technical issues remotely. Jacuzzi Group, a global leader in wellness solutions, is seeking a Technical Service Representative fluent in English and French. In this role, you will provide technical information and solve issues related to spa and swim spa products. Your focus will be on delivering top-tier customer service through phone, email, and on-site support. Key Responsibilities:
• Respond professionally to technical inquiries from dealers and customers
• Provide verbal instructions and translate in French for repairs
• Perform service calls on-site as required
• Troubleshoot warranty issues and explain terms to customers
• Draft technical memos and bulletins for product updates Requirements:
• Fully fluent in French and English
• Minimum 5 years in customer service within manufacturing
• Strong technical skills and hands-on capability
• Knowledge of spa products is preferred
