Technical Support Specialist in Laval

Join Brandt's Engineered Solutions team in Laval as a Technical Support Specialist. This role focuses on advanced positioning technologies, providing essential support and training to enhance client operations. As a vital member of Brandt's Laval branch, you will assist customers and teams with the deployment and implementation of GNSS systems, machine automation, and mobile mapping solutions. Your technical expertise will shine as you offer product training, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with sales teams to optimize workflows. You will also play a key role in product testing and customer feedback to enhance operational effectiveness. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support for GNSS and positioning technologies
• Deliver training and product demos to users
• Assist the sales team with system setup and evaluations
• Support testing and evaluation of new products
• Develop strategies for improving customer productivity Requirements:
• Technical knowledge of positioning technologies
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work in the field with customers
• Experience with machine automation and surveying solutions
