Additionally, maintaining accurate databases and researching industry trends is crucial for success in this role. Key Responsibilities:
• Execute candidate sourcing plans via diverse channels
• Engage with potential candidates and manage communications
• Identify qualified profiles using advanced search techniques
• Maintain accurate records in candidate databases (ATS)
• Conduct proactive competitor and market research Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in IT full cycle recruitment
• Fluency in English and French (written/spoken)
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt to shifting client priorities
