Application Production Support Analyst - Hybrid

Join a dynamic Application Production Support team as an Analyst in Montreal, QC. Deliver mission-critical application support, incident management, and troubleshooting in a 24x7 operational environment. As an experienced IT Systems Analyst III, you will support Asset Finance & Securitization, Credit, and Working Capital platforms. Required skills include robust application support experience in Unix/Linux and Windows environments, along with strong problem-solving abilities. Engage in incident management and technical project execution while ensuring compliance with security standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide L1/L2 support for critical business applications
- Troubleshoot and resolve application and system issues
- Manage incidents, changes, and application deployments
- Support integrations between various systems
- Participate in disaster recovery and business continuity tests
- Bachelor's Degree in IT or related field
- 5+ years of application support experience
- Familiarity with Apache Tomcat or IBM MQ
- Proficiency in SQL and at least one scripting language
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
