In this hybrid position, you will be responsible for the maintenance and enhancement of Windows server systems, working both on-premise and in the cloud. You'll provide level 2 technical support through ServiceNOW while closely collaborating with project teams.

The role demands creating detailed documentation and recommending efficiency improvements for the Bank’s environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy, maintain, and upgrade Windows server environments
• Provide level 2 technical support via ticketing systems
• Document processes, changes, and root causes thoroughly

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in IT or related field
• 3+ years supporting critical applications in hybrid environments
• 2+ years experience with Windows Server systems
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools
• Understanding of scripting languages like PowerShell
