DRW Application Support Engineer

Become an Application Support Engineer at DRW and tackle technical challenges while backing trading strategies effectively. Support mission-critical applications in a collaborative trading environment. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 3 years of experience in application support and a proven grasp of networking fundamentals. Your background in Linux or Windows and familiarity with scripting will be key to resolving vital trading issues. A strong sense of urgency and superb problem-solving skills are necessary. Key Responsibilities:
- Offer mission-critical application support
- Execute software deployment and configuration tasks
- Analyze and resolve trading operational issues
- Assist with technical inquiries in a fast-paced setting
- Continuously monitor systems to identify potential problems
- Minimum 2 to 3 years in application support
- Knowledge of networking principles
- Basic scripting abilities (Python, PowerShell)
- Experience in Linux or Windows environments
- Must be available for varied schedules
