Application Engineer for Technical Sales

Drive customer engagement as an Application Engineer at Dodge, focusing on technical sales support and enhancing customer satisfaction. In this dynamic role, you will be an integral part of the Product Management team, supporting sales efforts through technical solutions and expert knowledge of Dodge products. Working alongside Field Sales Engineers and Account Managers, you will identify opportunities, address challenges, and contribute to product training efforts that lead to lasting business relationships and successful outcomes. Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain expertise in Dodge product offerings and launches
- Provide technical recommendations through engineering analyses
- Collaborate with sales teams on customer interactions
- Facilitate project bid submissions and proposals
- Lead technical training for customers and team members
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or business preferred
- 5–10 years experience with Dodge/RBC products
- Proven skills in customer support or technical sales
- Bilingual English and French preferred
- Strong proficiency in SAP and effective communication
