Seeking an ambitious, results-driven Territory Sales Representative to grow our business across Southwestern Ontario. Ideally located between London and Windsor, the successful candidate will manage existing accounts, develop new business, and drive sales growth across the hardware, wholesale, retail, tools, and lawn and garden sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow existing customer relationships throughout Windsor, Sarnia, London, and surrounding areas.
• Prospect and develop new business opportunities on a weekly basis.
• Promote and sell products, new releases, and monthly sales promotions.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and annual revenue objectives.
• Monitor market trends, identify growth opportunities, and report on sales activities.
• Submit monthly sales reports and participate in regular sales meetings.
• Collaborate with management to develop sales strategies and expand market share.

Qualifications

• Previous sales or business development experience; hardware, wholesale, or lawn and garden industry experience is an asset.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented, with a passion for sales.
• Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to travel regularly, including occasional overnight stays.
• A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is an asset.
