Wat ga je doen?
Als Sales Representative ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten. Jij helpt hen bij het vinden van de juiste oplossingen en zorgt voor een vlekkeloze opvolging van offertes en bestellingen. Samen met je collega's bouw je mee aan de groei van GC Biotech.
Jouw taken:
Actief opvolgen en vinden van leads en klantaanvragen via telefoon en e-mail.
Klanten adviseren over onze innovatieve producten en oplossingen.
Het opstellen van offertes en deze nauwkeurig opvolgen.
Onderhouden en uitbreiden van relaties met onze klanten.
Nauwe samenwerking met het buitendienstteam en andere afdelingen om de klanttevredenheid te waarborgen.
Administratieve verwerking van klantinformatie in ons CRM-systeem.
Dit ben jij:
Je hebt minimaal een afgeronde HBO-opleiding in Moleculaire Biologie of daaraan gerelateerd
Je hebt een passie voor sales en affiniteit met biotechnologie of laboratoriumproducten.
Je bent proactief, klantgericht en beschikt over uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden.
Ervaring met CRM-systemen is een pré.
Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en hebt een goede beheersing van de Engelse taal.
