Subaru of Charlottetown is growing, and we are looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused Sales Representatives to join our team! Whether a client is looking for our sporty BRZ or our reliable Impreza, your goal is to secure the deal and help each customer drive off with confidence. Serving the community of Charlottetown and beyond, for all their Subaru needs, we look forward to adding a great addition to the team.

Uncapped commissions with potential to exceed $100,000+ annually!

*For up to your first year, to support your development, Steele Auto Group guarantees a minimum income of $682.69 weekly, unless commissions exceed that amount.

What You Will Do:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, approachable way. 


• Learn customers needs and match them with the right Subaru vehicle or certified pre-owned option.


• Guide clients through the vehicle purchase process, from test drive to delivery.


• Follow up with leads, maintain relationships, and build long-term trust.


• Stay informed about Subaru products, promotions, and financing options.


• Hit monthly sales targets and contribute to a winning team environment.

What We are Looking For:

• Sales & Customer Service Experience – 2 years sales experience preferred, automotive sales is considered an strong asset.


• Energetic & Personable – A polished, professional appearance and eager to meet people.


• Strong Communicator – Whether in-person, over the phone, or through video, you can connect with clients effortlessly.


• Highly Organized & Self-Motivated – You thrive in a fast-paced environment and never miss a beat.


• Team Player & Go-Getter – You work well with others but also know how to hustle independently.


• Valid Driver’s License – A must-have for test drives and vehicle deliveries.
