Job Overview
Legacy Brewing Company is a Grassroots level brewery, seeking to grow it's keg volume in GTA east, and the broader Ontario beer market.
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory Manager to join our team, to be the driving force in achieving this goal.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing business relationships within your assigned territory. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales and account management, with the ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to drive business growth. You will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction while achieving sales targets.
Reporting directly to the company president, this role has the potential to help shape the direction, culture, image, and product line of the company as it grows towards the future!
Duties
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base within the territory.
- Manage existing accounts while identifying opportunities for new business development.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through exceptional customer service and technical sales expertise.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on business objectives and customer needs.
- Provide leadership and guidance to team members, fostering a culture of excellence in sales performance.
Experience
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in a related industry.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
- Technical sales experience is a plus, with the ability to understand complex products or services.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and make data-driven decisions.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with experience managing teams or projects effectively.
