Territory Manager - Montreal South

Tandem Diabetes Care seeks a Territory Manager for Montreal South to promote insulin pump products and services within an assigned geographic area. The role involves building relationships with healthcare providers and patients, achieving sales targets, and providing education on diabetes technology.
Responsibilities
- Promote Tandem products and services to healthcare providers, patients, and clinical educators in assigned territory
- Identify prospects, develop business relationships, and drive sales while meeting company goals
- Provide technical education on insulin pump therapy to patients, physicians, and clinical staff
- Maintain CRM records, prepare sales reports, and manage territory call cycle for efficiency
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve pre- and post-sales issues and support business planning
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience
- 3+ years sales experience in diabetes, endocrinology, insulin infusion, or managed care
- Fluent in French and English (bilingual required)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with healthcare professionals and patients
- Ability to work independently in a remote role within greater Montreal area
- Experience with customer relationship management software and sales reporting
