Chef de district - Soins du diabète (Montréal)

Abbott seeks a District Manager for Diabetes Care in Montreal to lead a field-based team, drive territory performance, and execute strategic priorities. This role combines team development, market engagement, and financial management within the diabetes care division.
Responsibilities
- Develop and coach district team members to achieve optimal performance and long-term success
- Serve as primary communication link between field teams, distributors, clients, and internal partners
- Lead business planning, financial forecasting, and territory management for assigned district
- Build diverse talent pipeline through recruitment and succession planning
- Establish and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders and opinion leaders
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience managing and developing sales teams
- Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated ability to drive business results
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across diverse audiences
- Experience with financial planning, forecasting, and budget management
- Knowledge of healthcare sector or medical device sales preferred
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare partners
