Multiple opportunities are available, and specific placements will be discussed during the interview process based on your experience, strengths, and career goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective clients to create supplemental work benefits
- Prepare funeral and final expenses benefits for existing members
- Prepare emergency fund and pay cheque protection for qualified prospects
- Mentor and train new associates for benefit specialist positions
Requirements
- Prior experience in customer service and sales is ideal, but not required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Basic computer literacy and a reliable internet connection
Compensation and Benefits
- Earnings: $60,000 – $80,000 annually plus weekly bonuses

Interview Process
A member of our hiring team will reach out to schedule you for our initial company overview webinar. This session will cover our company culture, role specifics, and training programs to help you decide if we are the right fit for your career goals. Once completed, a senior manager will schedule a virtual 1 on 1 final interview.
