AO Globe Life is hiring Remote Insurance Sales Representatives in Alberta. If you enjoy connecting with people, explaining options clearly, and working toward goals, this is an opportunity to develop your skills while helping families protect what matters to them.

You will meet with clients over Zoom to understand their needs and sell permanent and portable life insurance, including whole life and final expense protection, along with supplemental health and accident benefits. Company-provided leads let you focus on client conversations, follow-up, and building your sales skills.

What you will do

• Contact prospective clients and arrange virtual appointments.
• Ask questions, assess needs, and present suitable insurance options.
• Explain coverage clearly, complete sales applications, and follow up on requirements.
• Keep accurate records and build lasting client relationships.
• Participate in coaching and work toward personal sales goals.

What you bring

• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
• Clear spoken and written English for client conversations and documentation.
• Confidence using a computer, email, and video meetings.
• Organization, reliable follow-through, and the ability to work independently.
• A provincial life insurance licence, or willingness to complete LLQP and obtain the required licence.

Customer service, retail, hospitality, and sales experience can provide a useful foundation for this work.

Applicants must reside in Alberta and be legally entitled to work in Canada.
